Mandi Sullivan has been a registered nurse for 16 years and has been a valued member of the iCare team since 2021, when she joined as a night-shift nurse. She began her nursing education at the University of Oklahoma and graduated from Tarrant County College. In April 2026, Mandi took on her current role as Nurse Director.

Mandi’s favorite part of her role is leading her team to success and supporting them as they grow both personally and professionally. She is passionate about building a strong team and creating a positive environment where both staff and patients feel supported and cared for.
Personal
Outside of iCare, Mandi enjoys spending time with her daughter, who attends the University of North Texas (UNT). She is a lifelong sports fan and especially loves Halloween—making it easy to find her embracing the spooky season every year!
