Angel Rollins, RN, BSN, MBA, is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 19 years of emergency room experience, including 15 years in leadership roles spanning management and administration.
Education & Training
Angel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and later completed her MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Spring Arbor University.
She began her nursing career in the emergency department, where she quickly advanced from staff nurse to charge nurse and house supervisor within a large, multi-campus healthcare system in Wichita, Kansas. These formative leadership experiences laid the foundation for her progression into ER management, ultimately serving as both an ER Manager and ER Director.
Personal
Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Angel grew up in a military family, which shaped her adaptability and strong sense of service. Through her family’s extensive travels across the United States, her favorite place to live was the United States Air Force Academy. She and her husband, David, have four grown children and are excited to soon welcome a son-in-law into the family.
Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending time with her family, and playing disc golf. She has a passion for discovering new restaurants, especially those featuring Mexican cuisine and Texas barbecue, and credits that love as part of what drew her to Texas. At home, she is kept on her toes by her dachshund, Frodo, and is a proud “grandma” to Sam, a spirited golden retriever. She also has a special fondness for otters and hopes to one day volunteer with an otter conservation or habitat organization.
