Our Fort Worth, TX location
In 2017, iCare ER & Urgent Care opened a new facility in South Fort Worth, TX that hosts emergency medicine physicians ready to provide the DFW area with compassionate medicine. This second location will meet the needs of residents in the Chisholm Trail area who may need to see a doctor when their primary care physician is not available or during a medical emergency. iCare ER & Urgent Care will be open daily for urgent care from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and will take emergency room patients around the clock. No appointment is needed, and we also have online check-in available. We have designed our facility to be calmer, less hectic, and more family and child-friendly compared to the hospital-based emergency rooms.
Upon your arrival to iCare, our triage nurse will note your symptoms, chief complaint, vital signs, and overall condition. Based on our triage protocol, you will be sent to our urgent care facility or emergency room. During our urgent care business hours, we will happily see you for minor problems. If your condition requires our emergency room, we will tell you ahead of time prior to the initiation of medical care. We will also discuss with you our concerns, method of treatment, and possible costs. We want to have greater transparency in our billing while making the entire process less burdensome to our patients.
