Lauren has been with iCare since July 2017 and opened the Fort Worth location. She became Regional Director in March 2018 and has assisted in growing the company from 30 employees to over 100 employees in 3 years.

Registered Nurse with 12 years of Emergency Room experience

Lauren attended Nursing school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Lauren worked as an ER staff nurse in the hospital and then worked as a Triage coordinator and Charge nurse for many years.

Lauren was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. She attended Martin High School and then Texas Tech University for college. She played many sports growing up and also participated in choir and musical theater. She and her husband, Stefan, have three beautiful girls; Karson, Kendall, and Khloe, and one dog, Riley. Lauren enjoys watching sports, traveling and being around any form of water whether it’s the pool, lake or beach. She enjoys all types of music, obsessed with Mexican food and her favorite show is the Office.
